The 1st of April, 2015 came into force the new Foreigners Law of Montenegro, which regulates the procedure to obtain a visa for foreigners entering Montenegro, the procedure for foreigners staying in Montenegro, the conditions for obtaining a permanent residence permit and residence permit.
New article in this law is the possibility to obtain a residence permit for the owners of property in Montenegro.
