Porto Montenegro Company announced the construction of a new Residence in Tivat.

The price of 1 m2 in Regent Pool Club Residences, depending on location, will be from 5,453 to 10,813 Euro.

Regent Pool Club Residences will be built on the north side of the luxury Regent Hotel. The owners of  new apartments will be able to visit Regent’s pools, as well as Residence Apartments will be leased at the time when they are not used by their owners.

Architects of Porto Montenegro suggest a new building as a Residence of "modern and luxury apartments, inspired by the style of the Italian Riviera, each will have its exclusive layout and landscape terrace."

The new building will have 62 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 74 to 344 m2, and their prices will be from 409,000 to 3,720,000 Euro.

There are some features of the new residence: a private garden with palm trees and other plants, a private café-bar and three swimming pools, including open and heated pool to swim all year round.

The building will be separated with pedestrian walkway to be used for only apartment owners, and to be connected with nearby objects of the Regent Hotel .
